Where are the Sackboy arms?

| I believe its an object or a decoration. But where isit? How do i collect it? I've the teddy arms and the babies etc but i want sackboys! Any idea? Also, i dont know if its a bug but i cant seem to connect lights with switches anymore. In other levels iv made in the past i could but now somethings wrong.  Anyone any idea? | The arms and legs are decorations from the Monsters Kit (http://www.littlebigplanet.com/en-gb/game_guide/ps3/downloadable_content/monsters_level_kit).
