Elemetal Crystals: City in the Skyhunter44467 http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/3606/stufff.jpgAn attempet at an action/adventure level. It's mainly about you and your unsupportive robot sidekick, looking for the legendary Elememtal Crystals. This level is about the first crystal, the Air Crystal. all This is my second level. This was a big improvement over my first level in my opinion. This level has many secrets. For example, there are 3 achivements that can be completed throughout the level. At the the end of the level you'll recive prizes for each achivement you complete. There is also a secret artifact hidden in the level. You'll also recive a prize for finding the artifact. It has little bits of comedy here and there. Hope you enjoy it! Pictures from the level. Checked it out. Gets pretty frustrating when the player has to jump on the platform with the gun and shoot the thing shooting fireballs. Check out my level in my signature!

Well you 2 kind of gave me the idea of making this level. Although it really wan't supposed to be called city in the sky, it was the only idea that I thought was best over the other names I had in mind.

Hi Hunter. Just played your level, heres my thoughts. First thing I noticed was all the custom stuff you've made. Always a pleasure to see. There's generally some interesting design choices in your level, and u've managed to use materials and stickers pretty well. I loved the little robot that almost tilted everytime it got to the edge. Your dialogue is pretty good, and theres a lot of small funny lines that all adds up (though some of them are a bit over the top, but hey). It all, unfortunately ends up feeling a bit 'empty' since there's no background and lights at all. It doesnt help with the floating gas at the bottom (I hate floating gas). You'r level could defintely use some work there - if nothing else, just remove that gas out of the viewport and consider working on your atmosphere. Add some lights and give the level a general tone - it would do wonders. Maybe add some clouds, attach them with pistons and move them up and down? You also needs to fix that monster that emits fire rocks. It's pretty cool, but it's way too fast, and it results in trial and error which are gonna frustrate most of the people who plays LBP. Anyways, for your second level is it pretty good. Gonna check out your first one aswell. There's still a lot of stuff that could use some work, but I quite enjoyed it, and that's what it's all about when it comes to it. I'll give you some stars later on. Keep up the good work btw, no offense, but I think you should remove that "please rate high" from your description. You shouldn't care too much about the stars people give you (rating system is a joke anyway), aslong as you're satisfied with what you've made.

Well thank you your thoughts. I'll consider making the gas invisible and slowing down the ememy's emmiting frequency, but for lights and more pistions, probably not. The dang therometer is just on the verge of overheating.
