I just got a PSPgo for Christmas and a friend told me I needed to check out Locoroco. Only problem... There are 3 games on the store... Which one is the best? Locoroco 1, 2, or Midnight Carnival?

i played the first and while it was really pleasant and cute, the game itself is really easy and you'll probably get through it pretty fast... I can't tell you about the others as I haven't played them.

I've played LR2 and a demo for MC. Personally i thought MC was MUCH better. It's a bit more arcadey (in the demo) but a lot more colourful and fast paced. I've also heard that L2 only improves on L1 if anything so unless you want to look into it it's a fight between L2 and MC. L2 is great but from the demo MC plays much better

You only need to play LocoRoco 1 if you want MORE LocoRoco. The sequel is shorter but there's much more to collect if you're into that. And it's easier to play through than the first. And has more new features. I'd play the second.

I got the first game as part of the rewards thing, and bought MC the other day. So yeah, the MC levels are a bit short but still fun
