Whats Mm levels has you broken?

Archive: 25 posts

I'm helping to compile a list of Mm story level exploits/glitches.

Specifically the Gardens' survivial challenges, I've done the rest of the Gardens, you see.

Well, I know about one glitch, but it is in one of the tutorials, the one for the grab-switch, where you have a block of sponge, where you shall put the grab-switch, and link it to a chain/winch, which makes a gate go up and down. but if you take the spongeblock (squarepants) under it, and the gate is moving (which is does when you haven't it connected to the grab-switch, it will crush the sponge.

I luckily managed to complete the tutorial, but while it was completed, I managed to do this.

In one of the new PotC levels you activate a sticker switch which then makes this log swing into a wall, for you to collect the prizes inside. I jumped onto the swinging log, jumped to the left and found myself behind the buildings, if you walk to the left you see a load of dark matter. 2009-12-27 19:06:00

In the intro level, you can roll the X thing and jump from it onto some guy's head, then edge your way down and end up on the floor on the level.

You can also grab the lights in the MGS survival level, if you grab the ones on the left and drop down you'll end up at the bottom.

I've done the intro one before! Not the MGS survival one, so that'll be handy!

The tutorials are funny...
Theres a random block of metal far to the left of one of the tutorials, I think I crushed everything with that once.
You can use three stickers in the sticker switch tutorial, but none of them are obtainable for the popit...

I reckon there'll be quite a few for the POTC pack, and maybe even the MGS one, you can climb inside Metal gear rex at one point, and I've got into the water on the Kraken, but thats the only one I've tried so far.

I kinda escaped the subway level once, but that glitch is no big secret.

In the first level of the Islands. You can jump on the collector, I think I had to use 2 players.

In the tutorial level about connecting rods, you can tap X in mid air while holding a rod, which will then place them everywhere and begin to break nearly everything.

You can escape the collector level if you jump on the train wagon in the beginning and sometimes you can get through to the other side and then jump down. It's kinda useless because theres nothing down there 2009-12-28 14:33:00

I prefer finding holes for lols <<OMG!!
But anyway... today, for example, I got on top of metal gear rex:
http://forums.littlebigworkshop.com/lbp/board/message?board.id=pod&message.id=117797&jump=true
And yesterday, I got on top of part of Skate to Victory:
http://forums.littlebigworkshop.com/lbp/board/message?board.id=pod&thread.id=116074&view=by_date_ascending&page=9
I got on top of part of the swinging safari today too, and got under, and in a hole in tunnel plunge.

However, there are a couple of these bugs, neither of which I've actually done (I prefer to find my own) which can skip large chunks of Mm levels, which can be found on the dancers court, I think, and Metal gear solid act three, the mission.

I escaped The Magician's Palace, The Wedding Reception and got on the top of the first part of MGS pack level The Mission. Also, I managed to get onto Metal Gear Rex's final weapon and you can shoot it easily, but unfourtunately his death explosion kills you2009-12-28 20:31:00

The Wedding Reception is tricky to do

Just now I escaped the Introduction to story mode by activating the first rainbow to appear, then walking left and jumping at it as it went back down. There was nothing but a suspiciously long fall from the level to the floor, and a mysterious piston that wasn't connected to anything

I just did the wedding reception a couple of hours ago. The way I did it was pretty easy!
Just jump off one candle onto the one behind it at the beggining.

In the MGS level The Mission, take care of the sticker switch at the beginning to lower the race gate. Once you're on the gate, remove the sticker from the piece of cardboard and the gate will go right up to the top of the level where tons of logic gates and dark matter are present. Mm forgot to use a permanent switch.2009-12-29 22:04:00

one of my friends managed to fly the rocket from the boom town level all the way past the house that you have to explode eventually.

also, we flipped the rocket upside down and it slid back inside the hole where the rockets emit from, thus breaking the level.

also on the wedding reception level, when you first enter it, you can ump over the candles on the left and end up at the floor lol.

I mean if you hold on to the Collector's Light, he'll go back up into some gas.

The same goes for the PoTC level with the race. I think it was cursed bay. except all you can see is dark matter.
