Sorry, never had anything like this. Maybe be patient, it's christmas, so things are a bit slow here it seems.2009-12-26 22:59:00

Don't worry, it happens sometimes. Welcome to LBP PSP!

Just make sure you back up your data, especially after you ace all the story mode levels and/or collect all items. Clicky (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=19461)

I don't have the USB cable to back the data up ATM... Also, Is it normal for high scores in Story Mode not to show up after finishing the level? I'm asking because up until The Bazaar, high scores were showing up universally for all the levels, now I only get my own high score...2009-12-27 05:38:00

You will only see other players' high scores after going online with your PSP. Scores for levels you have not played yet will not be synchronized, which means any story mode levels you played since your last sign-in will show only your own high score.

Translation: It's normal.

I don't want to turn this topic into a Q&A session, but I might as well ask; Why is it that some of the levels cannot be found when performing a search on Community Moon--such as Birds of Paradise, and High-Tech Low-Tech?2009-12-27 06:21:00

As far as I can tell, the search function seems to look at text in the level description and not the level title. However, searching by creator works very well - just use "@" before a creator's name. For example, typing @jackofcourse into the search text box will return both of jackofcourse's levels.

Searching for levels you have already downloaded seems to be somewhat broken though. If a text search doesn't work for that, you'll just have to browse manually.

Also, my PSP shut off--went into 'sleep mode' (as when the battery dies, with the ability to resume gameplay) as I was playing LBP, although my battery had not been drained... Is my PSP to blame or is it LBP?2009-12-27 07:17:00

I would attribute that to bumping the power button while playing.

Don't panic! Everything with your game will be fine.

How durable is the PSP 3000? I have dropped mine twice in the past day and a half, about 2-3 foot drop for each...2009-12-27 21:38:00

If it's still working, then I'd say it's pretty durable. If it's not working then not especially durable.

Either way, my recommendation would be to stop dropping it.

There shouldn't be. My PSP 1000 (which I bought on launch day in 2005) has gone through hell and it's still ticking. They are built surprisingly well.

The UMD drive is probably the most fragile component of the PSP. Excessive jarring may cause disc read issues, so keep your PSP in a case and do your best to be careful with it.

I heard that the 3000 models were slightly less durable than the bulkier 1000s...2009-12-27 22:29:00

Well here's what you need to find out:

1) A very high cliff
2) both a PSP 1000 and a PSP 3000
