This is taking forever!! Hurry it up Danish Blue! Really? It took me less than 10 mins with my crappy connection. When I see the % doesn't increase at all for a little while I just cancel and restart. That usually works for me.

Top Progress of a patch #. The bottom one is overall download progress. In the middle there might be 1/2. I mean the top is the download % of the current patch you are downloading and the bottom is the overall % of downloads you need.
