www.quakelive.com is awesome. It is basically a FPS in a browser, and has reasonably good graphics but doesn't run slow, even on a crappy computer like mine. It has loads of maps, online matchmaking, and practice with bots! I am pretty good with the asthetics of shooters such as rocket jumping, so I ranked reasonablly high in the practice test (I got to the strafejumping part), but i always lose in the deathmatches. funny you bring this up i was playing Quake Wars today Yeah my computer lags too much when i play O.o i have a horrible graphics card

I have a pretty bad one, but it works without TOO much lag. When everyone is underwater shooting rockets at each other, then it gets a little laggy.

i tried this before i lagged a ton =/ looks fun though. Like Quake 2 multiplayer 's actually just quake 3 arena. With FPS capped at 125. Because yeah you know 333fps lol.
