I would think that this is in no way official, the only way they could have a code for that pack is to contact either Sony or Mm. Notice how he says 'he' will give it away, and not 'Mm/Sony have supplied and given me permission for me to award a DLC code'. Also, if it were official and supplied from either Sony or Mm they must have T&C's on show. That's how it's always been for any community contests regarding other DLC give-aways. IMO, it's simple game-sharing of an account for the eventual 'winner'.

Who's "tha_con" ? And yeah it could be sharing but he could also have a redeem code. And in this case he can totally give it away. Anyhow, I'm curious to know what happens in the end. I don't have time to personally participate though. .
