yeah but heres one bad thing: Water can only be set as a global water level, which can then be altered with the Global Water Object throughout a level. It cannot be placed as a material to make slides, waterfalls, rivers, etc, or placed within a small area to create a pool.

That was pretty much assumed before the beta actually started, when they released the initial video. Honestly, it's not that difficult to work around, once you have a play with the water mechanics and get used to how it all works. It just takes a little bit of planning Ta for the link though.

This all pack is really awesome! Better than the MGS pack for me The levels look great! (Though I'm a little disapointed by the big skeleton heads, too similar with those in the Wedding story level...but that's just a detail ) New background, materials, stickers, music tracks (4!!!)... Just great, great, great!! The costume are awesome too... ! Too bad the all costumes pack costs as much as the level kit

I'm pretty sure that wavy part at the bottom is yellow poison gas, the water is probably causing it to act all wavy like that. Does poison gas do that in water? (for those who were in the beta, since you can now talk about it)

Hey guys, now i can tell you that last time when they brought out the Leerdammer update it was released at 12am GST (midnight GST time), as soon as it is officially the day that it comes out, i'm pretty sure they like set it up so that it automatically releases at that time. Luckily for me, being in Adelaide it releases at exactly 9.30am, around about when i get up, so i get the rest of the day to go nuts with it.

I guess u r right about the PSN store updating later, i'll check what time GST it updates. Oh, and i was just thinking, it says in the FAQ for water that you can't make waterfalls or rivers, but i might possibly have a way to get around that. If water has any phisics (how do you spell that??) i mean any reactions to other materials then you could somehow move water, or even better, if you could make pockets of air underwater then you could also move it. Woops accidentally said GST, i meant GMT, i guess thats how taxes affect my life...

I guess u r right about the PSN store updating later, i'll check what time GST it updates. Oh, and i was just thinking, it says in the FAQ for water that you can't make waterfalls or rivers, but i might possibly have a way to get around that. If water has any phisics (how do you spell that??) i mean any reactions to other materials then you could somehow move water, or even better, if you could make pockets of air underwater then you could also move it. So yes... I'm really excited for this Kraken Boss. The MGS Rex boss was cool and all, but it still was like a shmup or w/e they are. I'm looking forward to see the Kraken Boss because they'd have to incorporate water somehow... which very well can include swimming through caverns in the water to get things to lower gates onto the Kraken's tentacles... Yeah, I'm really looking forward to seeing how they make this boss in a watery enviroment. can't wait :kz:

Guys, BE PATIENT. The US and Canadian store updates EVERY WEEK at around 6pm and there's no reason they should update early for LittleBigPlanet. In the meantime, go outside, cook something, do some shopping, pick your nose, do whatever you want. But to receive the update only later today is supposed to be expected. .

I've got hrs to wait however... Water is pretty cool! It really looks great and acts cool too! This DLC is a no brainer. The costumes are all very very cute. The levels btw-- be prepared for something much more involved and chaotic than the story levels... Perhaps it was just because of my complete awe... Eye candy everywhere! New goodies and did I mention WATER...but Port Royal (et al) seemed pretty involved... certainly no monster/history pak ride. Best DLC to date!

This wait has caused me to Ace every single leve in LBP. Including both the Bunker and Fire Pits (both first try too! ;D) As well as achieve a high score of 4,800 on the Virtual Reality thing from MGS pack. I figured that whole game out and I died from a stray plasma ball. I saw it coming too, but I hesitated to jump for some reason. Maybe the wait is for the better of the LBP community. :3

HEY WHAT GIVES!!! I WAITED ALL DAY FOR POTC LEVELS TO COME OUT AND THEY WONT LOAD. when i click on it a globe logo appears saying loading store. no one else seems to hav trouble and also the mgs, history, and monster pack lvls wont load neither. >

Total blast. 5 jam-packed levels plus a survival challenge! I love it. The new stickers and materials are just amazing, and I'm fighting hard to keep myself from tinkering around in create mode for too long.

I enjoyed the levels too but the camera was a mess when playing with 3 others. I was furious when I failed at the cursed bay race several times but it didn't take long before I finished. I liked the whole verticality thing they did in these levels. You don't just go from left to right. Layer switching seemed good. The community still creates the very best levels though.

Loved the MM levels ! I feel they really did a great job in combining a very gameplay orientated level with nice visuals. Bought the jack sparrow costume and davy jones outfit and loving both. My favo levels would be first level and the kraken level !
