A bit annoyed :(

Getting annoyed at how all these creators are getting some credit from my glitch, i never seem to get the credit.

im not being G** but even media molecule dont seem to given me any credit, what would it been like if I kept the glitch to my self no one would like me (still dont now)

I keep thinking why they not even said something to me but only when i mention it to them do they say what they are doing.

But aleast someone cool found it (must not be me then haha)

any way thanks for using it good, I have still never readly used the glitch in any lvl, also there is NOT 50 LAYERS it about 30 and it does go on for ages you just cant see it because of the fog.		2009-12-14 16:28:00

Yeah, wex is right, bakscratch. I said this in the other thread, but the community as a whole knows that you're the one who made this glitch. Maybe there is a category yet to come for you? Maybe you'll still win. Hold on to hope, okay? Yes, I understand. And I can't say how I'd feel if I were in your shoes, i truly can't. I probably would be a bit miffed, but wait till the events unfold, and perhaps you'll feel differently. You know its a funny thing... If somebody asked me who the father of this glitch was i'd say bakscratch... but I full heartedly believe once an idea is thought of... it enters the creative consciousness and it just pops up everywhere. So congratulations... you get credit in my mind, I know that's no crown... but tbh, i think it was just a matter of timing and you're lucky in a lot or respects. No, I actually don't know anything, and I'm really not a good liar at all, so you have my word that I know nothing.

I do know that for some reason I have infinite faith in media molecule. I think these awards may be a big excuse to show appreciation for the fans and the people that have contributed for the community.

Yeah you do deserve more credit... I hearted you for this wonderful gift to the comunity but other people don't seem to care. One time i played with someone in a level with the 50 layer glitch
NOT 50 LAYERS it about 30 sorry 30 layer glitch lol and i said somthing like wow bakscratch is amazing. they said who's bakscratch? Oh by the way is there any chance you could tell us how you did it?		2009-12-14 17:11:00

I didn't discover it. I found it in a level that I was playing online. I saw that it was extremely useful and made a tutorial video on how to do it. I am unsure who discovered the cow glitch. If I had found it, you'd bet your life it'd be wouldn't be called the cow glitch, but called the "Crystal Ghost Glitch" or perhaps "Karl" 2009-12-14 17:19:00

If you had kept the glitch to yourself and revealed it in a full on level that used it effectively, I have no doubt that you would get/got/have more recognition for it.

It is only natural that the effective use of it is what is going to get the most attention, as that is when it has been truly realised as something special.

I can understand how you would feel. I think I'd be a bit 'grrr' about it myself. I think a lot of people have felt 'grrr' about something with this game at some point in regards to not getting what they think they deserve for their efforts.		2009-12-14 18:49:00

I definately don't think there's anything to worry about. I've heard it referred to as the "Bakscratch" glitch on just about everything I've seen... and even the really good collections of the material, such as CompherMC's level, gives you credit.

I think the GENERAL LBP community of players probably have less of an idea (mainly because they are more interested in playing games than who came up with what technique), but the creators all know who came up with it.		2009-12-14 19:07:00

Dude...Like...hundreds of thousands of people know you discovered the glitch...It's even named after you. It's the best thing that's actually happened to LBP in a long, long time, even better than online create, and you discovered it. Everyone knows it. Everyone respects you for it.
