hey guys i'm new here (you might know me as the one who made all the original high school levels) but i need to know how to put a bunch of talk bubbles in one spot without them all dissapearing after about ten seconds

Welcome! Glad ya made it! SteveBigGuns has a great suggestion.. just do a timed sequence. There might be a tutorial somewhere if you try some forum searches. Have fun!
