Just finished playing your level and it's very nice. A very traditional platformer indeed! Lots of stuff that's good in this one: + Great material choices - looked very nice + Good shapes and scale for the temple areas + Consistent use of materials for grabbing was a plus + Nice lighting - very understated but it looked good + Good flow of game play and never any long boring parts - nice job making the player interact with the environment. + Good length too - not too short or long. + Good bubble dispersal - just enough to keep me looking for more but not a ton. You've got a really solid level here that does a lot of stuff right. I do have a few suggestions for you though. - Some smaller or different material accents or details could fill in some of the flat background areas. I know you have some but it felt a little cold - like empty in places. - The bad guys are cute and I like the fire throwing but they seem a little more primative than your level building skills show you can do. Maybe a little more variety in attacks as well. (This is a minor nitpick) - The boss is cool but with the camera so tight it's very hard to find a clear place to land when you hit one of the brains. Maybe pull the camera back so the player can get the big picture. Also for the boss I know he makes one sound but perhaps adding some other sounds to make it more full. The whole level could use some more sounds to fill in the quiet at times. Overall you have a very solid and enjoyable level. It's better than 90% of what's out there in terms of gameplay and basic design work. I'm looking forward to seeing what else you have up your sleeve. I rated this one 4 stars. Thanks for sharing it!

While working on the level today, I have made the following improvements. Done: -I pulled the camera back on the boss fight, it works MUCH better now! -I added a few more point bubbles, sounds, and effects -Small game play tweaks To Do: -I need to improve background, still kind of boring. Oh, and thanks so much for the constructive criticism Morgana 25!
