The chat thing kind of dissappeared from the bottom of my browser about a week ago... This is on every browser and I've tried it on four different computers now, so I know it's not my computer or browser... Is anybody's else like this?

Ours has been ok on the PC although a bit wishy washy sometimes. But for the last few days on our laptop, the whole bar is blank except for the cog (cometchat options) and on the left hand side of the bar is a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it and text saying 'error on page'. Anybody know what we can do to get it back?

For all of you having CometChat issues, please clear your browser's cookies and cache to get it working again. If for some reason that doesn't fix it, let me know what the problem is (in detail), including the browser you're using and its version number.

I also have a blank bar. The only thing showing is the icon for chat options. Just got the full bar back. Thanks!
