as all of you know, LBP is being published by Sony, and they announced their Q1 2008 line up.... acording to threespeech.com lbp and killzone will come out oin september or october 2008 -_-. I realy hope they are wrong about lbp. I checked around and found gametrackers.com says its comeing in april. I hope that is true cause I am going to be so ****** if I have o wait almost a full year to get it T_T. I sent an email to MM and asked them my self if they can comfirm it or at lese disprove threespeech.

I now know the dates. well months. for North America it will be comeing out between March-April aka spring((comfirmed by playstation the offical magazine. Acording to threespeech.com it will be comeing out between september-october for ((THE UK!)) the poster of the blog I belong to forgot to say that threespeech is game blog comunity for the uk not the u.s.a sorry for the alarm those apart of our little site who is in the uk. Im sorry you have to wait till the end of the year...-_- those in na celebreat its comeing

I have to agree with squash, MM is in UK, won't make sense for North America to get it before they do. Thats like saying US will get the next anime fighting game before japan.... well as long as I'm in beta I will have my LBP needs (plz MM!!!!) if not theirs always MGS4 to last me the whole year

the reason for it comeing to us first is due to to many reasons. heres some ideas of why 1 uk people got to be in beta and na was left out. 2. something to do with the online store part. remeber they take longer to get things on the store due to some tec reasons. 3. uk servises are all from one company witch slows there ability to get things on the online store while the na gots many internet servises. 4. the game was made in uk but is being mas manufactured in the na. 5.threespeech got theirs wrong((remeber their just a game blog comunity. unlike playstation the offical magazine who get their info straight from sony.)) reasons are probly 1 and 4. think about it theres been games made in N.A but sent to japan to be put on discs and boxed. also it could be due to population numbers. it be wise to send the product to the largest number first. anther. the church mad about resistance could be yelling at mm about the game so they cant put it in uk yet XP. but the reason I think the most is sony siad so!. mm is under their wing so if sony says to put it in us first they have to.

sorryto post again but its inportant. I just got a reply from threespeech I emailed them and this is what they siad. "Hope all is well with you. Lets see what happens next year with LBP but it may well be a little later than expected. " so it seems its a maybe in other words a rumor. so cross your fingers and lets hope thats all it is cause I think every one should get it at the same time. MM still has not replyed to my email yet ill let you know when or if they do.

nice investigating Crow, October is too long of a wait, but hey its best to assume the worst and not be dissapointed than assume something and it turns out to be worst than expected as for your reasons for the Us-UK thing, I still have to disagree. First, never heard of LBP beta only in UK, thought it was open beta...(is the beta even out yet ). Second, its common knowledge to release something around you first than far away. Selling something abroad is much more expensive than selling something locally, it is best to sell something local first then if its a huge success, ship it abroad for uber profits Third, it is being published by Sony, so they know local comes before abroad, + Sony favors the UK since Xbox360 sucks their, its pretty much their territory since Wii has JP and 360 has US, in a nuttshell. I am practically sure UK gets it before US, that or its the same time..

There's no way this title would be released outside the UK before the rest of the world. I'm fairly confident there's going to be a worldwide release. Also, fall 2008 isn't a surprise considering that even the Beta isn't underway yet. For such a complex game, they need to revisit a lot of aspects to get the game perfectly right. Adding enemies is probably one thing they came up with pretty late on - I'm imagining they had tested the game without enemies long enough to notice that it didn't have enough lasting appeal and got maybe a bit too boring in the long run. As you must realize, this is a title that must not under any circumstances be a flop. It would be a huge blow for Sony.
