I've usually not had any bother with Comet Chat, just some names not showing on it. I use Comet Chat often so it's quite annoying with the entire bar at the bottom of the screen disappeared. I only see the Settings Icon (gear) and if I click it only half of the options page can be seen on screen. When will Comet Chat finally come to work for everybody properly? It seems to be going backwards!!!

Clear your cache and browser cookies, then try it again. If you still have a problem, please provide me with the name of the browser you use and its version number (usually in Help > About).

Glad to hear it! Sometimes browsers like to cache old files and don't know how to replace them if they've been changed, and we changed a lot of files to get CometChat working better.

Not too deserving of a real thread, but a minor bug you may wanna report to cometchat. i've been talking with mr radical 5601 a lot due to LBP Survivor, and he always popped up with mr: *message here*. I was confused a while, but I think that's it's because there's a space in his name. So I think that a space in someone's name cancels out the rest of their name in their chat window when talking to them. Not too big since mr radical 5601 would take up a lot of space anyway, but still thought I should let you know of this potential bug.

I just finished modifying the way the chat window displays, so I think I may have fixed this problem as well as added a few nice little UI enhancements.

The chat has never been a problem for me up until this point, but it seems that it won't update unless I do a hard refresh. Other notes: One of the chat-participants is set to 'offline', but the chat should still work. Right?
