Wobble bolts and rotation, gluing

I discovered this next behavior accidentally. I had given up experimenting for a bit, to work on sprucing up my level, when I noticed the following.

I have a captured anemone object made of a static piece of material, behind which is a dynamic piece of material that is stuck with a wobble bolt to give it some minor movement.

I attempted to place the anemone sideways on a cliff, and then the dynamic object started to slowly rotate back to its original "upright" position (pre-rotation) as soon as I hit play.

I assume from this that rotating an object with wobble bolts on it does not necessarily rotate the wobble bolts themselves and they will start to misbehave by attempting to return to their absolute original angles (which are now different in relation to the rotated object).

This didn't seem to occur if I made the anemone dynamic and then flipped it over in play mode, though I haven't tested rotating the dynamic object directly, or rotating the object after having box-selected all of its parts at once.

Edit :
Furthermore, it seems that rotating an object and then gluing it to another object will cause the wobble bolts on that other object to change angles to match the rotated object. Very strange behavior.
