Leerdammer update - save game corrupt

After updating to the leerdammer update, i got a message saying my save game data was corrupt. The game then continues to load as if i had never been on it before  before the update, it said it was corrupt but would still load it. Any ideads on how to get my levels and everything else back? | When I downloaded Leerdammer, my playstation and DVR went blank. I had to hard reset. Fortunately everything was still there. I think there might have been a few kinks in the update. | my only advice is to back up everything reguarly I learned from the past. Every hour a new backup. I HATE redoing work. An "autoback" feature would be handy. like in ued/3dsmax/maya/photoshop you can set an auto-backup save on regular intervals i.e. every 3 minutes.
