However it's not up to Mm to release that info since this would probably be a regional decision made by Sony. It's not just Japan though, the Hong Kong store also has it listed as free. http://img697.imageshack.us/img697/1466/p26110911360001.jpg With the DLC being region locked this DLC will not work with copies of LBP from the US, UK etc.

i, for one think this is wrong. most week long costumes are FREE, but this one is 5 dollars? why would sony do this to us? I WANT THAT SHIRT! and what makes me mad is that im getting paid the day after it'll be gone.... and that makes me sad

No doubt loads will have got it for free while it was there though. I'd only have it if it was free anyway. To be honest it's a bit crap. Also it's only to celebrate the PSP launch which is also rubbish from a creators point of view.

Considering Japan never got the Thanksgiving ostume as well as a number of other costumes released in the U.S. and Europe I&d consider this helping balance things out in a small way.
