Well, the PSP version is alike and different from the PS3 version.

You don't really have a Pod, but more of like a main menu looking thing. There is a section where you can go to edit your sackboy, however, and it does look quite like the pod, juts without the controller.

The jumping feels very different, as does the moving. You almost feel "lighter."

There are only two planes instead of three.

It still has create mode, and you can publish your creations online for others to play and even download.

There is no mutliplayer, but there have been little hints that it may be added later on in an update or add-on.

You can't put stickers on the sides of objects, only the front. You can't put them on your sackboy either (mega sad faic)

There is no interactive music (where you could edit the bass, melody, etc.)

No global lighting effects when creating levels (SUPER MEGA SAD FAIC)

Your sackboy can do little emotes, such as backflips, waving, kung fu, meditating, punching chest like a gorilla (lols), dancing, crying, and much more.

That's just off the top of my head, I probably left out a bunch.

It doesn't really matter that there is no interactive music since the game has a huge amount of regular music. In fact, every level in the story mode (challenge levels included) has its own music.2009-11-25 02:58:00

Here's a few other differences:

There are no decorations, only stickers.

There are no light objects of any kind - no spotlights, LEDs, glowing stars, etc.

No Paintinator, so of course no paint switches.

There are loads more voice sound options on magic mouths - maybe double the PS3 version.

Tipping your PSP around doesn't move Sackboy's head, it only makes other people in the room look at you funny.

Another one:
The download version of the game can become unplayable if a bad enough physics bug occurs - but not on the UMD version. FML.

Do you mean an update kills lbp psp? or are you talking about the demo?
