Can I inb4 people who will complain 1 year from now about not getting this t-shirt? As with the previous one, I'm not really a fan of the pricing, rare or not. Plus it looks to me like Sackboy is getting 1-starred. At least the people who wanted the week-one t-shirt for the shape will be able to get this one now. Though if they complain about the price at this point, it would be hypocritical.

I do worry about the message this sends out to developers/publishers, showing that people are willing to pay 10% of the cost of a new game (based on the average new uk game retailing for ?40 in store.) on a virtual piece of clothing is only going to lead to more price increases in the future.

I don't think you have to worry about this becoming any kind of norm. It's meant to be a rare item for the big fans with money. Anyways, yeah, I didn't buy it, but it looks pretty neat.

What's worse is I saw a thread around here somewhere that mentioned it's free in the JPN store. Sometimes what Sony does makes no sense to me.
