I imagine it was from the online create and water betas, as LBP wasn't exactly something that the beta testers owned for the LBP beta But having been in none, i can't exactly answer. And i'm not sure whether anyone can answer (as this is technically information about the beta).

I think there's a yellow vest code for participating in any beta, and a this is a bonus if you report lots of bugs and glitches.

Yep, incenerator is right. The rest of the costume is on a sack at 1:18 in the same video (hazmat suit and spray can).
