Journey Through the Skies: Episode 1olit123 Hey all, I made this level in August but I could not post it on this site because I had the search bug. But now that it's been fixed you should be able to find me okay. In this level series you will see all kinds of places, from a sky temple to a sky railway! This level sounds cool. I will play then and then tell you what i think. Looks cool from the pictures. The story is good as well dont think its been thought of EVER!!!!

I played this when it came out and really enjoyed it. Really well-done platforming (loved the bouncy bits!). I'll go back and check it out again.

nice level :star::star::star::star: and tagged springy! My only problem was this was a tad short! the clouds and bouncy bits were a nice touch as well, and the atmosphere suited the level well. I've never played a level like this before so it was a nice new experience for me! Well done!

Thanks for the feedback! I will try and make the next level in the series longer by having less vertices on the clouds, I think that is the reason the thermometer shot up so quick.

Quite a little entertaining lvl you had here! I specially loved the visuals; I tend to love every sky themed level, and this was no exception! The story was cute and original (pod crashed, haha, I'll be more careful from now on) and simple enough to follow. I could learn from you in that aspect! The gameplay wasn't innovative. Not that this is something bad, mind you; it felt like if you gave me more of what I already know and love! In fact, a complicated gameplay wouldn't have fitted with the level, IMHO, so it's perfect the way it is. The obstacles were fun to navigate, and overall, very good looking. I specially loved the ascension to the sky, with those spinning wheels! It just was so fun trying to get the combos right! After that, running over the clouds was really satsifying and fun. Especially in the race part! Btw, those white button flippers were so fun to use! I had loads of fun jumping from cloud to cloud. Regarding the visuals, I'd like to mention the castles. They were so pretty, and you used just the right materials. Unluckily, they provided no challenge (I'd actually would have liked to do something other than run through then, like bash an enemy or two) but considering how "airy" they felt, they still good enough. Overall this was a lovely level wich falled a bit on the easy side. Wich is not bad at all! It was a good looking and fun experience, and It actually makes me wonder of there's gonna be part 2, where you ride that train. I gave it 5 stars and tagged it "Bonito" I would have hearted it if the level felt a bit less "empty" PS: I forgot to mention that I liked how you maintained the scale of the story levels; I love levels in wich the sackboy feels small, and it sure did on this one!

Thanks for the feedback Keldur! I really learnt some things, I hadn't thought of putting enemies in the castles, thanks for letting me know that would be cool, I will use it in future. I too thought that the level was a bit "empty" I would have added more clouds to the background if my thermo wasn't full; I now realise what made the thermometer go up so far after watching the latest tips video from media molecule (I made every object have physics.) Thanks again for the feedback!
