Use a scuba gear powerup. Since there's no such thing as lack of air in LBP, the closest you can get to it is water. Speaking of which, we need to make a way so that we can remove air from an area and make it a vacuum. That way, we'd be able to have levels in SPAAAAAAAAAACE! Anyways, in response to Protoraptor's problem, Rewind to before school. Place a lemon. Put a microchip on said lemon. On this microchip, place a material tweaker set to make the lemon grabbable and a yellow tag labeled "lemon". Also, place an impact sensor set to sense impact to a blue tag entitled "school", and wire it to a destroyer set to explode. In addtion, glue a bomb onto the lemon, and wire the sensor to this as well. Now, place a microchip and a blue tag with the label "school" on the school. On the new microchip, place 2 things - an impact sensor set to detect impact with a yellow tag labeled "lemon", and a lethalizer set to fire. Wire the impact sensor to the lethalizer. Now, stick a grabinator on the floor and obtain the powerup. Then, pick up your new combustible lemon and throw it at the school. The school will explode, and its remains will be set on fire. I just spent way too much time creating a hypothetical combustible lemon for LBP2 that, in theory, should actually work.
