my name is Christopher and, obviously, i am new. i've been playing LBP for quite awhile now, and have amassed a very considerable "My Favorites" section. point being, i'm in LOVE with this game! i am absolutely floored by the level of creativity and skill some people have demonstrated with it. i can't get enough. so i figured, it's time to get active. i rarely contribute to any sort of online community, but i think i've finally found the passion for something to give it a try. so here i am. i'm hoping to create a level some day, but i have sort of a competitive spirit, and will never be happy with anything i do especially after having played some ASTOUNDING levels already created. not to mention how intimidated i am by the level creation process anyway. so there's some bridges i have to cross before i finally sit down and try it. i look forward to meeting and talking with you all! -christopher.

Welcome With your favorites, try searching for them (by level name or creator) in the search, who knows they might be members here, and you can tell them how much you like the level or see what others think, or whatever. Or if you found a rare gem we never heard of. Post about it in the Recommendations section, and we can come check it out and give our thoughts.

Welcome! Glad ya made it! ...if you are new to creation, make sure you check out the official LBPC Logic Packs. Another great source of information is the Tutorials as well as the Help section. If you find you are struggling and can't find an answer via searching those threads, post a question in the Help section. In the meantime, check out the Community Spotlights as there are now 25 editions that represent the best of the best coming out of the LBPC community. ..and of course, if you have any questions concerning this site, please don't hesitate to ask! yay!! thanks, guys for all being so welcoming. i appreciate all the advice. last night i finally went to my moon and watched a ton of the tutorials, and that really helped me a LOT. and just a quick list (off the top of my head) of some of my favorite levels, which i'm sure most of you have probably already played: Atomic Evolution The Veebie-Tech Factory Temple of the Wing Earthquake Evasion Abysm Mayan Sane Temple etc. etc. just to give you an idea of the type of levels that appeal to me.

Welcome to LBPCentral. Like me I'm sure you'll find this to be one of the friendliest and helpful online gaming communities anywhere. The Mod's and CC have done a great job keeping this site going. Make sure to check out the SiteGuide (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=p=81138#post81138) to get familiar with how things work around here. Also make full use of the User Control Panel (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/usercp.php) so people can get to know you. The best advice anyone ever game me concerning getting ideas for creation was to check out those in the Community Spotlight forum and those in the Cool Levels forum. They'll provide you some great inspiration... and I've found the creators of those levels are always willing to provide helpful hints and tips should you have any questions about how the created the content in their level. Make yourself at home and welcome to the family!
