Warhammer 40k guardsman: pt1 Landing at Voltranmichaelhoar After browsing LBP for good warhammer 40k levels, I came to two conclusions: a) All were about space marines (particularly ultramarines) b) Hardly any were half decent and failed to capture the grim darkness that is warhammrer 40,000. With this in mind I set about creating my own level set in the warhammer 40k universe about the humble guardsman. I tried to go for atmosphere in this. The level is chock full of gunshots, smoke, explosions, chaos cultists, artillery fire. I plan to make a series of these so stay tuned my friends!!! Hey! Sorry I've taken a little while, been abit busy! Here's my feedback (as promised!) First of all, here's something you might be interested to hear! For better quality screenshots there is another way then using a camera x First of all, play through your level, taking photos with your poppit stickery maker thingy. x Then select the sticker, press square and select "Upload to HDD" x Get a USB and then transfer the images that you took onto your USB, then onto your computer and hey presto! Anyways, back to the level. I thought it was good actually. However, there may have been too many magic mouths, as it seemed like there was alot of interference with all the speech. Is there a way to cut things down a bit? This is just my opinion though, it might not be the same with everyone. Also, you should try not to build your level too close to the ground. I think the decoration in order to create more of an atmosphere also needs looking at. I felt as if some parts of the level where abit plain. Now, I didn't get to finish it because when I went up on the grab pully thingy, I fell down and couldn't get back up again. However, I will take another look at the level abit later. Hope this helps! I did have alot of fun though - I think that's worth mentioning! (Oh yeah :star::star::star:! )

hey man looks good so far even though guard absoulouley suck but thats not the point. have u tried taking pictures with the sticker tool then exportign hdd then putting on here that will make pic a lot better

I'll take better pictures and update the post. Thank you for the feedback! Appreciate it mate! P.S: It's just my opinion, but guard and outher races all have their own strengths. E.g: Guard, hella lot of tanks n' hella lota tanks. Plus the biggest cannons this side of the milky way. Anyway, I'm not here to start an arguement.

Looks like a very good effort for your first level! I can't play it atm because i dont have a ps3 to hand, but it reminds me of my 2nd ever published level. It uses similar materials as yours i think thats what it must be! Oh and welcome to lbpc btw... hope ur settling in well
