Hi and Welcome to the best forum on the LittleBigPlanet.

I'm sure you'll have lots of fun here.

A good place to start is the 'site guide' tab at the top.

To advertise your levels navigate from the 'forum' tab until you find the 'Level Showcase' section and then choose one of the options at the top. Either 'new level' or as most of us do 'new F4F level' which stands for feedback for feedback which is explained in it's own thread.
It's a good idea to upload some photos from your level at the same time. There are various ways to do that but what I do is upload my level photos to photobucket ( or whichever hosting site you choose ). I find a size of 320x240 is usually about the best size to choose when uploading. Then insert the IMG's for each photo somewhere in your level showcase thread.

Just take a look at other existing level showcase threads to see how they look. Hope this helps.

Good evening, sir. Welcome to LBPC! Since I have beaten jwwphotos and Morgana (our resident good advice dispensers to new members), I will endeavour to answer your questions...

1. In the Forums, if you scroll down, you'll find the Level Showcase. Up at the top there are a couple of instructional threads that should tell you most of what you need to know. The rest, just ask around, we're all helpful : ) Noooooooooo! Mistervistaaaaaa!!!

Oh well, 2) The Find Other Happy Gadders section of the forums (in sharing the fun) is a good place to find people to play with, as are our wonderful social groups. So go and enjoy yourself : )

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

Looks like mistervista and babydoll have given you some great advice and help. One other thought is there are quite a few community contests going on as well as several threads discussing all sorts of things. Try not to dig up too old of a thread, but you are more than welcome to get involved on any of the current ones.

..and never think a question too silly to ask us. Though if it is a really wacky question, you can get some entertaining responses.

Have fun!

Welcome to LBPCentral. Like me I'm sure you'll find this to be one of the friendliest and helpful online gaming communities anywhere. The Mod's and CC have done a great job keeping this site going. Make sure to check out the SiteGuide (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=p=81138#post81138) to get familiar with how things work around here. Also make full use of the User Control Panel (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/usercp.php) so people can get to know you.

The best advice anyone ever game me concerning getting ideas for creation was to check out those in the Community Spotlight forum and those in the Cool Levels forum.
They'll provide you some great inspiration... and I've found the creators of those levels are always willing to provide helpful hints and tips should you have any questions about how the created the content in their level.

Make yourself at home and welcome to the family!

Ohhhh, I feel all warm n' fuzzy inside.

EDIT:
Also, can someone check out my warhammer 40k level. I posted it as a F4F but never got any replies. Sorry to sound whiney or anything.
