Wobble bolt timing problem

So I'm currently making a PSP version of a SackMech (tremble in fear at my mastery of the bipedal mech!). I've come across an unusual and annoying problem when using Wobble Bolts. When I leave the tweak menu, the time setting sets itself to exactly half of the value I give it (3.0 becomes 1.5, etc). Has anyone else had misbehaving Wobble Bolts like this? I have the patch 2.01 installed. I am attempting to connect a Wobble Bolt from the middle thin layer to the back thick layer, and another from the back thick layer to the back thin layer. | 2009-11-21 03:42:00 Author: Gilgamesh Posts: 2536 |

Let me check... Yup its happening to me too! Weird... Could it be they just changed the time so its per motion?
