http://forums.littlebigworkshop.com/lbp/board/message?board.id=announcements&message.id=14#M14

An update for all versions of LittleBigPlanet on PSP has been released in SCEE, SCEAsia/Korea and will be released in SCEA later today.

Due to the nature of updating on PSP it is not possible to automate this process, so to update your version of the game please take the following steps :
- Locate the LBP icon on the XMB
- Press Triangle
- Select 'Update'
- Follow steps as dictated by the updater

This update resolves several minor issues with the game and improves game physics in Create mode.

We encourage all users to update as soon as possible in order to get the best experience possible from their game.

There is updated available for the PSP. It fixes some physics stuff in create mode and other issues in the game. It's not automatic however. Link (http://www.littlebigland.com/little-big-planet-news/lbp-psp-updated/)2009-11-20 11:54:00

What exactly does that "improving game physics in create mode" entail? Are the numerous physic bugs fixed(the objects collapsing/exploding)? Somebody please test it and inform the community

Awesome, good to know they're already working on patches. I haven't run across any bugs in my short bouts in Create mode though.2009-11-20 13:31:00

I'm specifically referring to the unstable physics and the random exploding/collapsing of objects... is it rectified?2009-11-20 14:48:00

I see, than you can be a bit more patient. If it remains broken you can just tell you parents not to get it. 2009-11-20 15:45:00

Wow. That would suck. Lay off, Syroc, he already has to wait until Christmas >.<
(Not to mention the people who want the download version are STILL waiting for Sony to fix their mistake...)

It was facetious advice, hence the smily.

Also your comma is in the wrong position.

PS: I shut up now before someone hits me. :hero:

Wait, so you're ranting about it being unstable when you don't actually have the game...?

no, I'm merely wondering whether the create mode remains unstable, so I have an idea of what to expect once I get the game...2009-11-20 16:36:00

I've used Create Mode two times. Both times have crashed due to pressing the Rewind button. I'm going to have to say good-bye to LBP PSP if that doesn't get fixed.2009-11-20 16:37:00

Could you please try the create mode again and tell me if it's fixed with the patch?

I could give it a shot, I'm all done with story mode. After I'm done testing a recording, and seeing if i can add my PSP king and queen onto the gallery. I'll try it out, i want to see if I can recreate my golf course level on the PSP.2009-11-20 19:30:00

So...anyone figured out why it's on v2.01 already?

This game is built so unorthodoxy it's scary.

No game has.
Everything about the way this game has been put together is different...the basic folder structure is there but...I mean, have you seen the savedata?

I don't extract files from the savedata, so I dunno...wouldn't I need some sort of extracting program (which I don't have?)

Does this go back to that bink thing you were talking about lbp psp and ps3 running on?

And zeldarocks, relax. If the bugs aren't completely fixed, they are at least partially, and will completely be in the future. And from what I understand here, they don't even affect most people...so don't worry about it.

I bought the UMD (while I wait for the PSN download) and installed the patch. I noticed that the level "High on Rugs" is named "Rugs and Kisses" in my game. Does anybody know if this was part of the patch?

I always liked the name "High on Rugs" but it is awfully edgy for a game rated E, so I can understand why they changed it.

Apparently there are some Level name differences between the US version and the EU version.

Umm.. I also noticed that the 2.01 patch has changed the game icon on the XMB, and the XMB background wallpaper that the game uses when you highlight LBP. Minor changes, I know, but it's something I noticed.

I'm using the USA/Canada DOWNLOAD version on my PSPgo.

Yeah, it seemed to disable the PIC0 and the PMF file, and the AT3 for that matter, but I can live with it.2009-12-01 16:58:00

Umm.. I wish I knew what that means.. I wonder if they'll be changing those with each future update.. It's kinda trivial, but it's still kinda cool that they can do that in a patch.
