Rocket Car Canopy Trouble

 I'm having an issue with the electrical hook up of my rockert car's canopy. http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=971&pictureid=8650 http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=951&pictureid=8651 What I want it to do is open when the player gets near the car. Then when the player gets in the car, he/she grabs the sponge infront of them and the canopy closes and stays closed for the duration of the ride until it's over. I have a wobble bolt on the canopy set to the specs I want. I have tried using a toggle switch, a delay reset switch and they both failed.
