Well you could make your own using programs like Photoshop, GIMP or even paint, that's what a lot of people here have done. I would say go ask at the Sig Exchange but they already have a load of requests they need to work on, so I'd leave them alone for now if I were you. So yeh, either make your own, or wait for the Signature Exchange (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=13522) to open up again. You can probably find a load of tutorials here too.
