I don't know what this was about But he pas a pedo so it's good that he is dead. For the second time this year, i feel less scared walking down the streets.

I tuned in half way through and was almost convinced it was real until i heard it was set in a parallel britain Yes that's right it wasn't real, for anyone that thought otherwise! It was really interesting though, as much as i am against him it was still horrible seeing someone through to death row. I think it really tried to nail in that he was still a human with emotions right up until his death.

Huh...? Gary Glitter was executed, but actually he wasn't? Is this a documentary you've all seen on TV, a joke vid on Youtube, or what? Shame it wasn't real though. We need to go back to old school and start publically executing these perverts in the town square instead of rewarding them with costly therapies and a new, anonymous life in a flat overlooking a playground. He might still be "a human with emotions", but he gave up his right to be treated as a human being when he made a choice to despoil those children. However I'm not gonna get into a moralistic debate about whether pedophiles are misunderstood people in need of help or just vile predators without conscience, because I believe there are no rights and wrongs, only actions and consequences. It's a simple equation really...action = mess around with kids, consequence = swing from the gallows by the skin of your nuts.

There would have been an insane amount of press coverage if we really had brought the death sentence back and killed the nonce.

It's easy for you to say stuff like that when you haven't the emotions that they go through. Really when you don't know the background of someone on death row it's easy to just say get it over with. When you get to know someone though it's much worse - It's kind of in the same way that killing a wild animal is much easier than killing your pet. Whether you know the person on death row or not you have to think of it from their point of view. The emotions that the prisoners and their friends/family must go through make it pretty inhumane. I think the best substitute would be a life sentence really.

I couldn't give a flying monkey's about the emotions of the abusers...they're just rabid dogs that need to be taken behind the wood shed as far as I'm concerned.

Gary Glitter deserves to be executed in real life. In fact, he deserves to suffer a long death that involves being set alight while still alive.
