Bring back Sigs and avatars in the shop

| Does anyone remember when you could get sigs and avatars and sig/avatar combos off the shop? Sig makers told CC what they could make/ a sig or a avatar or if they could make both for somone? It was i think 200xp for a sig 150xp for a avatar and 300xp for the combo. I kinda miss this and i think it would be cool if it came back. | Well people would need to register to "sell" their stuff there. If the Sig Exchange became a shop of sorts, it MAY be easier for the Sig Exchange people to balance it... not sure but, well, y'know. And we could use some more stuff in the shop... what, I don't know.
