The "Sackboy in Underland" SeriesAresSmith
Your Sackboy journeys down the rabbit hole into the fantastical world of Underland in search of Alice. As it turns out, you are not the only one after her.

Sackboy in Underland
I'm sure the whole, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass subject is done more than enough times, but my series is a little different. It is more based off the upcoming film by Tim Burton "Alice in Wonderland" which is more of a sequal to both books.
I'll admit, each level is a little short and easy, but then again, these ARE my first attempts and I am hoping I'm getting better as I go along.
So far, there are only 4, so I'll give you short run-downs.

Sackboy in Underland Intro
There are no obstacles in this and it's over in fifteen seconds. It's only to give very slight backstory, and have you begin to fall down the rabbit hole.

Sackboy in Underland Part 1
Since Sackboy is already so small, he doesn't need the help of Pishsalver (shrinking potion) in order to leave the first room, and you meet Chessur, the Cheshire Cat who is willing to show you the way to find Alice. The Difficulty is pretty easy, but my first attempt at making hazards and a vehicle. (Note: There are some hidden score bubbles. See if you can find them)

Sackboy in Underland Part 2
You have entered the Red Queen's castle only to find out Alice has just left. Unfortunatly, you are caught by Queen Iracebeth herself. I suggest you mind your head. Short, and no real obstacles

Sackboy in Underland Part 3
It turns out, you and the Queen have something in common, Alice. She sends you out into the Tulgey Wood in a patch of mushrooms to find Absolem the Caterpillar. Slightly longer and more challanging. (Note: a couple extra score bubbles, easy to find if you like)

Sackboy in Underland Part 4
You find yourself in the White castle, home to Queen Mirana, White Queen who was banished by her sister Iracebeth. She'll point you in the direction of where to find Alice and the Hatter, but you must survive a journey down the deadly falls her castle sits upon.

So, I hope to get some feedback and I'll be sure the do the same when I get well. (I've recently caught a cold, so I'm away from the PS3 for a couple of days. Playing your levels would be the first thing I'd do when I get back though!) I'll update this thread as more segments come out and answer any questions about the story you may have.

I sent you a comment on your first Mars Attacks to help you find them, plus I altered the titles to "Sackboy in Underland intro" and such. I'll try to get some pictures up and, Quick note. At the beginning of it, in the third room where flaming peices fall, I couldn't find a level to walk on. The front was blocked, the back was blocked, and the center just moved me under the beam in the front on when I'd move forward
UPDATE: I now have a few pictures

Level looks interesting and good , but about the cards... An idea: why don't you make the card enemies with a thin layer of material and glue it to a smaller "3d" block that occupies one of the three main layers? Just to remove the blocky appearence of the cards, that are flat, unless you really intended to give them the blocky appearence. The only problem with this is that your character would have problems finding the vulnerable brain to step on and kill them, but oh well. What do you think of this idea?2009-11-08 07:03:00

I'll get on the cards. I forget why I made them thick rather than thin. I must've had a reason. Or prehaps I was still getting used to the whole plane using.
And I know, for some reason I can't search for them either. Try searching for Mars Attacks, and GruntosUK's series will come up. On the first one I commented, so see if you can find my comment and follow it to my profile
