Bullet Bill Survivallozynmymnd
This is my newest level, where you must survive against an endless onslaught of Bullet Bills.

This level is a true survival challenge (and by that, I mean not an obstacle course), complete with a music selector, and 2 different kinds of Bullet Bills! Also, I must thank S-A-S--G-U-N-R for testing it.

Emitting an onslaught of hyperspeed-projectiles isn't exactly what I'd call a survival challenge. It's more of a "try to score a jump before you get bombed to heaven" thing.

It's nice for a first attempt at creating a survival challenge, but building a music selector and letting the player respawn at the scoreboard doesn't automatically make it an SC.

First of all, you'll need an actual challenge. The 9 bullet bills/milisecond aren't a challenge, they're a certain case of death. I know you could score an air combo by using the enemy brains, but I think that's not what the challenge should be about - or, if you decide to make this an element of your level, do it in a better way.

If you don't need all 3 layers, cut them off and work with a single one.

Try to add increasing difficulty. Let the challenge start with low-speed projectiles and let them get faster over time. You could also let certain parts of the floor collapse after some time.

Also, the visuals could be greatly improved. Quite an obvious case here; you're using "bullet bills", so why not go with a cartoony, color-intense mario theme?

Overall, this level is not quite playable as it stands now. The real flaw is the gameplay. I strongly recommend taking a look at Mms "Survival challenge" tutorial, or go playing some other good survivals to learn about increasing degree of difficulty, core gameplay elements, timelines and stuff like that.
