Thanks for voting members! Also I would like to say... BOO! Muahaha, I scared you. Seriously, it's Halloween, and it's time to announce our winners. By the way, I missed the timing. I was aiming for 6:00 P.M. Central Time (ha ha, LBPCentral, Central Time), but this spooky night kept me off track. Anyhow, I'm here, and let's begin!

The only definition you "put for it" - or, to be more accurate, implied for it - appears to be using the word sewer applied to the context of sewage, so I hope you can appreciate that our confusion was inevitable.

Unless you mean a definition you put up in some other thread. In which case ... again ... the only context we have here is sewer how you used it yourself.

Thanks! Ironically, poeple changed their perpective of this awards show. Like from page 5 of the voting thread. But sadly, 5 is one of my favorite numbers.

"Clearly this is not working. Only a select handful of people are submitting incomplete ballots. It seems like a nice idea on paper, but for it to work everyone must be on board (which is not the case). Also, it creates more rifts in the community than it does to bring it together (which was the initial goal, right?).

ConfusedCartman: What kind of awards are you considering? How many? Will they be strictly forum-related or LBP related as well?

Me: (Something along the lines of) A members awards. Based on votes and such. I'm probably going to give out prizes. (This is the only one I can't remember).

CC: Well, we did something like that a while back, and it didn't turn out too well. Members ended up arguing over the results. I don't think it's a good idea, to be honest.

Me: Why? What happened?

CC: It was mainly due to the members disagreeing with each other over who "should" have won. It didn't achieve the kind of results I was hoping for.

Me: Hey Cartman, just wanted to let you know that the awards show went great. No one argued (well maybe RockSauron's opion on Newcomer Award, but it was more of a suggestion). In fact, they congradulated and made jokes, the usual. So ya, I hope next year's (or whenever's) awards show gets the same respose and more votes.

P.S. You won a couple of awards.

CC: Well, I'm glad to hear it! I think the categories you chose helped keep things fun and lighthearted. Thanks again!

Me: Well to be honest, some categories were "disliked" by members. But of course, I told them that it's a members awards show, so if they needed a category to be removed, they just need to ask. And they did. So thank the members as well.
