I know that CC has been inundated with problems on CometChat recently, but this is a fairly major one. Around 90% of the time (though sometimes it works fine) I have to refresh the page for the latest messages to load from the other person. I'm organising..."something"...with someone at the moment, and I gave loads of instructions, figured they weren't there when they didn't respond, came back later and refreshed the page and it turned out they'd been speaking all along. They had been able to see everything I posted, but not vice versa. Since then, I have noticed this problem a LOT. If it's of any help, I do not have this problem on facebook chat (which I seem to remember CC saying CometChat was based of/is used in).

Can't we revert to the old version? Ever since the update it's been horibbly broken. Ok, it's just started working. Fingers crossed, eh? Someone wasn't crossing their fingers. It broke again

He's definitely working with the Cometchat guys to sort it. They're using me as a sort of guinea pig There's nothing we can do. When they log in as you, the friends list loads perfectly. When I log in as you, the friends list loads perfectly. We can't really fix a problem when we can't even see evidence of it. I'm not sure what to say from here, really - if you've tried different browsers and different computers and the problem still persists, then we're stuck. The best I can do is apologize for the issues you're having, and at least reassure you that whatever the problem is, it's not on our end. As a last resort, please list the details of the PCs you've used to log into your account along with the browsers and version numbers of said browsers. The version number of a browser can usually be found in Help > About [Browser Name]. It might be an issue with the software you're using to browse the site, though I doubt it since you say you've tried to log on in a myriad of ways.
