I'd say no. Simply because i build pc's. Let me run through it. 1.60ghz cpu... Ok thats not even enough to run winows efficiently. 1gb DDR1.. Well.. DDR2 is required and at least 2gb. DDR1 and 2 are VERY DIFFERENT. Windows xp, Fine bleh. Intel GMA 950 , Onboard gfx chip.. That's awfull. Get an external one if you can. DX10.. Really no point in that. Nothing you can run. Audio - Standard. Sorry but, you'll need hope. (I Also am hoping for FO3 packs)
