I had my copy one year ago today. It arrived early. I think I did nothing but play it for the rest of the day. Did you know that the P/C/S scores were working back then?

I still remeber when I first got LBP, one year ago tomorrow. I remember starting the game and barely being able to play it, I thought I had bought a broken disk... Later I learned that the servers were ****** up. I had to play offline the entire day. I still remember hating the game, I was so bad at it and kept on dieing because I was terrible at timing my jumps, never would I have guessed that I would be playing it for this long.

I didn't get it till November...I was going to get it for my birthday, because it was supposed to be out soon after, but then it got recalled >_> So I didn't get a chance to get it for a while...and then when I did my dad stopped at a fishing tackle shop on the way back. And I've still only made one proper level. Well, really, until March I never really tried to make a proper level. Before that...yeah. That was back when my friends actually played it, and well, when I played it. I haven't touched it for ages :S

Happy birthday LBP... *sniffle* they grow up so fast. Even though I didn't get custody I still have visitation rights through LBPC ...and thanks everyone on here for around a year's worth of friends. ...and yeah, I ordered mine off amazon, so I didn't get it, I think til a bit into November... same day as Fallout 3 arrived. lol I remember playing LBP for a few levels and putting it on the shelf, and getting hooked on Fallout 3 for a week. Who wouldda known I'd have played LBP so much.

Happy B-Day LBP! Aaahhh... the game that changed me. My son asked for it for Christmas. I remember looking at the case when I picked it up for him and thinking, "Really!? Whatever..." Then, after Christmas was over and we started to roll into the new year, the old man gave it a try (prior to this, I had pretty much only ever played the Madden dynasty with any regularity - just really not a gamer). Then I discovered Create mode and the true magic of this game. 11 months later, I'm still hooked, and my kids think I've gone 'round the bend. What a great game!

Man, has it really been a year? You know, when it came out, I had my mum pick it up from the store and then call the school and tell them that I needed to go home. (She didn't say why) So I was playing this at, like, 11.30 while everyone else was in history class. xD;; Good times. I can't believe it's been a year.
