I'd say it surpasses my expectations. I always liked playing around with the paintanator in create mode (yes, I've done this before me and jackofcourse were really bored and started doing that lol) so a level built around this is just brilliant. 5 stars!

Since myself also was in the beta,I also got to play around with the paintinator alot..so one day I started doodling and..yeah!

Well, some people may need a little more info before they decide to play a level.

To be honest, whilst the idea sounds interesting and the pictures look good, I can't really be bothered to play it because I have no idea what is so good about it that would make me want to play it. What unique gameplay does it have? Is there a story? In what ways does it require you to play it in cearte mode? Etc etc. Simply saying "play this awesome level, it'll make your jaw drop!" doesn't really tell me much.

Further to what nuclearfish said, many of us wil have to go to the effort to ensure there are current backups of one or two levels on our moons, then delete them to make profile space, then download the level, on the offchance that it is worth playing.

Also, describing your own level as "awesomeness, pure awesomeness"... Does the word "counterproductive" mean anything to you? You aren't selling it at all. Maybe check out the sticky thread on how to maximise your feedback as well.

Just to clarify I'm probably going to clear up some profile space to play this later because I'm intrigued, but you have to understand that some people simply won't bother. Please don't take this post as offensive or an attempt to bash you.

Nuclear. I guess you're right. I didn't want to spoil the surprise for the player with promotion treads,and at the same time I wanted it to be short and simple.

I still have lots to lurn with promotion I guess

..Oh and no,Im only 14 years old and a swede so I ahve no idea what Counterproductive means! But I do understand your point.

I'll try to get a neat review or something that says something neat about my level and have a quote there instead.

- complicated (but not your fault (copy level, pause, etc etc.)

This is one of the most inovative levels Ive ever played (I hearted and 5 star'd it) Great job, my only complain is that there wasnt more time-freeze based puzzled, it was all paintinator.2009-10-25 21:52:00

OK I played this now, and I have to agree with everyone on how innovative it is. Some of the gameplay dynamics are very clever, and work really well. Except for one thing. I found the whole thing very, very tedious. On an intellectual level then, I loved it. Just looking at what you had done with the pause / unpause (I don't know how people are saying there wasn't enough, all the paintenator stuff relied of pause / unpause) was really cool. It also looked kinda funky, but there was just no fun.

On the basis of the ingenuity I had to give it 5 stars. But I don't see myself playing it again.

I think possibly tedious is a little strong actually. Essentially, I do like puzzle levels, but here I pretty much knew immediately what to do, but it just took quite a while to actually do it. It felt like there wasn't much figuring out to be done.

I actually had a thought about one thing that might make it significantly more enjoyable. Music. At the moment if you die you come back hovering then land, but you very rarely trigger the music, so I spent a large proportion of my time in silence, racking up paintballs in pause mode. If you could make it so that pretty much anywhere I landed retriggered the music, that would probably be a really big improvement to the atmosphere.

You are absolutly right. I have also considered this,but havent really found the time to do it yet.

But yeah I will create some switches that makes the music always be on

I will definitly have to play this. I might have to make room for it though, which is fine. I watched part of the video and it looks fun.

I have thought multiple times while in create mode what it would be like if there was a level in create mode using some pause/paintinator ideas, although mine also had parts that required you to float and then hover off. Although I never actually thought of seriously making a level for the concept.

Very nice. I will try this later and tell you what I thought. ^_^

Okay, I played it earlier, and I thought it was an okay level.

I still need to go back and rate it, which will be :star::star::star::star:

I would give 5 stars, but there is a music problem, which is the same one that's been mentioned in this thread. Too much silence. So it felt odd having music one moment, but not the next due to landing where there's no music trigger.

Other than that there's not much else to say. After playing it I deleted it from my moon of course since I got the profile cannot be saved because of being too full, but I wasn't planning on keeping it on my moon anyways. But nice level. As for a heart, I would of hearted it had there been a little more variety to the obstacles. I have had in the past tons of genius ideas for the create mode pause/unpause paintinator obstacles, but half of your obstacles simply involved buttons and being boosted into the air by paint balls. Well I guess I did have more to say, lol.

Anyways, I'll be giving it 4 stars. ^_^

The idea of using create mode controls and paint for a level isn't anything new, but actually making a level based around these rather than just a thought is.

This ius a really fun level i love the use of the paintinator and on that big block was really fun pushing it. also the paintinator power jump was something i had never done before so that was fun to do.

overall a fun level 4/5 it could of done with a bit more variety. for a sequal maybe add in the popit curser and make it like the sony motion control is going to be.

*Last challange is now BRUTALLY HARD!
