I don't really notice players on scoreboards, but I do see that "hemhopflowop" guy's pictures all over the story levels. Do you mean the scoreboards in story levels or in community levels?

Uhh, myself. Seriously though I never notice names on scoreboards. Every once in a while I will see a name I recognize but that's only when I play levels that are promoted on these forums.

I never pay attention to scores in general as I'm not interested in making high-scores or nabbing x amount of bubbles. I'm the outsider with the big smile on his face who just watches all the junkies fight over the last floating "pointsphere" like mad dogs. Why even post in this thread you might say? He must be a robot to upload so much! I think he exploited time-stamps to accomplish that actually, as - correct me if I'm wrong - he's keeping the same pictures up there.
