Regrets, Thanks, and Cookies.

Archive: 20 posts

Well I have become less active on this community, and LittleBigPlanet as a whole. I really am thinking it isn't that great, as I have gotten board of it. My friend, shockwave4, has said he is not liking LBP anymore and is moving to more uncreative games like COD and other games. (Not saying it's bad!) I feel the same sometimes.

Thanks, to the community, as you guys keep me playing this awesome game. I defiantly enjoy your company and community, weather it be inside jokes, tips, and random rants. What keeps us together is our like for the game, and as long as I am at this community, I will be playing this game. It is amazing. Sometimes we go through our ups and downs, weather it be someone "treating members like a punching bag", as CC put it, or just putting crude things as topics. But we work through them. I am glad I have made so many friends.

Now, you all deserve a cookie. Take one as you leave this thread (While supplies last)

Yes I gotz a cookie! WOOO!

And nice speech. I can relate to it in the sense that I have friends that play those games instead of LBP and that I sometimes am bored with it. Lately however, I've been getting more into it

Mmm these cookies are goodz! Can I take moar?!

That was really nice! I've been noticing a few people have been leaving the game lately and I can't really blame them, as I'm starting to play the game a little less and focusing on life and the future. Does that mean I'll stop playing the game? Of course not, I have been playing this game almost everyday since Day One, Little Big Planet is special to me and has changed the way I think, it holds a special place in my heart and I don't think I'll ever stop playing it. Honestly, I see it more than just a "game." Even with all it's problems, Little Big Planet makes me happy and encourages to me bring out the creativity inside me and that's something you can't just let go so easily.

I got Little Big Planet a year ago next week, and have been playing since then as many people on this site, Cheers to another Year Everyone!

Nice speech! I do get bored of LBP and stop playing on it sometimes but I always come back. Try having about a months break from the game Chezhead, then come back, you may find your love for LittleBigPlanet has re-kindled.2009-10-23 10:54:00

I play LBP at least once a week. This is probably the longest I have ever played a game without getting bored. I have been playing it over a year now.

Do I get a cookie?
*takes one anyway*

Hey guys I heard there was cookies!! I just got mugged, shot, stabbed, and lit on fire trying to get some cookies, but it seemed that the cookie gods were not on my side today! So this is just perfect, I've been craving...

I agree.

Yes, this game is different, it's fun. But I haven't played it since the music pack came out, and that was just to try out the songs. I would have probably stopped playing a looong time ago if it wasn't for that little glitch in Grant's level.

I mean, I haven't even used the beta for ages either. I know, I know. I'm fortunate to have got in but it's really just more of the same after the novelties have worn off and the new features become the norm.

Quite frankly, if it weren't for this community, I would have quit this game back in June. LBP Central and it's wonderful members are the only things that keeps me coming back. I've been playing this game for exactly one year this past wednesday. Final Fantasy IV is probably the only game I've played more than LBP. ^_^2009-10-23 20:58:00

So long and thanks for all the cookies!

I haven't played in a few weeks, but I haven't played any video games in 3 weeks. That's just because I'm uber busy right now. As soon as I have time, I'm jumping right back into LBP (as long as my friends let me get away without playing Uncharted 2 )!!!!!

I think the key is to not overdue it. LBP is a great game, and I think in the long term is fantastic as "game player" software that you can pick up and play a few cool game in a short amount of time.

I pick it up when I have a new idea for a play mechanic, and it still amazes me what you can do with it.

Uncharted 2

Another reason why I'm not playing LBP
