Very nice stuff - good overall colours and themes. I think that what they're missing is a focal point for the eye to be drawn to. Try putting a cool render in and making the background suit it.

hmm your style is very basic right now try to look up some gimp tutorials they really help(you use gimp right) also learn to add c4d's and work on your text improving

Oh and above anything if you don't already learn to use overlay. if you even find patterns off the internet then you can just past them in a new layer and set as overlay. Then you have a nice texture that mixes with your color scheme.
