I've noticed a few one liners lately that kind of concerned me. The first is from the October 08 [#186] issue of Game Informer. My scanner isn't hooked up so I'll just quote it. "You can also take advantage of local play in Create mode, where four players can work together to make a level. this may speed up the process, but be sure you trust your friends...." Then there is this quote from the Sony LittleBigPlanet (http://littlebigplanet.us.playstation.com/) site. I think these sites are regional so I'm not sure what the LBP sites look like elsewhere. "So what more can we possibly add? Well, that?s up to you! We know that you will come up with ideas that will surprise even us, so let us know what would make your LittleBigPlanet a better place. To get you started we are already hard at work on some cool ideas for the way gamers can interact, including the ability to create levels together online in a multiplayer jamming mode! " Now we've all assumed we could do this anyway and I'm hoping it's just a miscommunication somewhere. I hope this is part of the game when it's released.

I don't know, Miffy. I've never really heard them talk about creating online, now that you mention it. Mm and Sony do seem to not talk too much about parts of the game that aren't so great...I don't know. I hope it's in there, but I won't be shocked if it isn't.

Hm, do you mean you are concerned about being able to create stuff online with friends or strangers? Considering that two trophies are "Create online with 3 people on your friends lisT" and "create online with 3 people not on your friend's list", if that's what you mean, it's not a problem. Unless they removed the ability to get platinum or whatever. Or do you mean something else?

The trophies don't actually say that I don't think ;/ It doesn't say online.. Just "Create a level with 1 ore more people and save it with over 30%" Team Creator - "Build and save a level with more than one player with the thermometer more than 30% full" ******.

Party Person Bronze Trophy Complete a level online with 3 other players who are on your friends list Socialite Bronze Trophy Complete a level online with 3 other players who are not on your friends list The trophy for creating with more then one player makes no mention of it being on or offline. Team Creator Bronze Trophy Build and save a level with more than one player with the thermometer more than 30% full

Haven't we been told the whole time that there would be online creation mode? I don't think they would let something that big slip by. Also I am still looking forward to going online with a couple people and making just absolutely nutty and stupid and weird levels.

OF COURSE ONLINE CREATE IS IN THERE That's one of the main points they've been stressing ever since they first announced it. When a bunch of people go into a Pod, they can do anything you can do in single player mode. Choose pre-made levels on CraftEarth, go to MyMoon and make some levels, or even look at other user-made levels on the InfoMoon. Anything you could do by yourself, you can do with other people online. They wouldn't just block MyMoon when someone went into your Pod online.

Everyone seems a little too sure to me. I honestly can't remember when they've ever talked about creating online. I think it was something we just assumed without any real proof.

I will give everyone on the board $100 if you can't create online with friends from another place. In other words I'm 99.99% sure you can. If I was 100% sure I would give you all $1000000 but I'm not, so either way you'll get online creating or $100

OF COURSE ONLINE CREATE IS IN THERE Exactly, however what I think they are talking about is something completely different, hence the mixup. My take on it is that they want to make some sort of online space where you can enter, create some stuff with other LBPers (or should I say Gadders xD) without going into someone's pod, and being restricted to following that person around. I picked up on this by the use of the word JAMMING, so just chilling out in a lounge and creating stuff is what I get from that word. Hope I'm expressing myself clearly lol

From what I remember, you can play up to four players in a combination of any kind of online and offline. Players can test a creation as another is making it thus meaning you can create things together online and test them plus, everyone has a pop-it menu. But seeing it will a update is kinda of good because it gives people a chance to go through the game to get a good feel for it. But just because you can't create together online, does it mean you can't play together?
