I've changed the forum layout a bit to better suit the needs of new members. I've merged the Contests and Events forum, but they still have their own separate category, so it's much cleaner. I've also added an "Important Information" forum, so new users can get acquainted with the rules and features we offer. Think of this as the first step in a long road of preparing the site for launch.

I've changed things a bit more. It was more uncomfortable than I initially expected, so I split the contests and events into two different forums. I also took the "Important Information" and made it a child forum of "Site News and Important Info".
