| Ard is right, its at the part with all the cogs in Dancers Court. one of them is a bit tricky to see, so I reccomend riding all the platforms around and keep a close eye out for prize bubbles. If you plan to use these cogs for a mechanical purpose, I would just make your own, as these have a tendency to break.
