weird?!? Is it a mutation or hoax or what? | 2009-10-07 19:46:00 Author: Morgana25 Posts: 5983 |
Apparently it's just a bald sloth - through shaving, genetic mutation etc, it could be bald, and apparently its body structure is identical. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it was a hoax, Margona. Nice find, Joy. | 2009-10-07 19:48:00 Author: dawesbr Posts: 3280 |
It's a bald sloth Edit: Slow Syroc is slow. | 2009-10-07 19:48:00 Author: Syroc Posts: 3193 |

If it has a mom (presumably it would) I can only assume she'd love it. Moms can't help it LOL It's a bald sloth Edit: Slow Syroc is slow. as slow as a bald sloth? LOL jk | 2009-10-07 19:52:00 Author: Morgana25 Posts: 5983 |

Scaryo, that was the theory, but they're meant to be tubifex worms, right? http://flyawaysimulation.com/downloadimages/Image/tubifex-worms.jpg ^^A pic of a colony of tubifexes^^ | 2009-10-07 20:09:00 Author: dawesbr Posts: 3280 |
lol I saw that creature thing a good few weeks back. There were kids around this little pond thing with a cave when it crawled out. Being the respectable human beings they are, they beat it to death with sticks because they didn't know what it was. Out of all the things in the world to beat to death they choose a sloth... wow. that's low lol. EDIT: Dawesbr... they are indeed worms but not the one's you mentioned I think. Quite wierd though. If you look closely you can see individual worms in the video. | 2009-10-07 20:10:00 Author: ryryryan Posts: 3767 |

Way to go CNN. Way to report a mystery creature before doing any research. I just watched that video Joey (the one in spanish or whatever) and you could tell it was a sloth just from the fingers. Before telling people you found treasure make sure it isn't just chocolate coins. | 2009-10-07 23:48:00 Author: qrtda235566 Posts: 3664 |

So many unexplained wonders of our world. Maybe we'd learn a thing or to if 3rd world countries' children stopped murdering them. Yep, the scientists from the developed countries could kill them and dissect them instead. | 2009-10-08 10:19:00 Author: rtm223 Posts: 6497 |
Yep, the scientists from the developed countries could kill them and dissect them instead. I call patents on the genome. I've got plans for those genes. (Sinister plans, to clarify.) | 2009-10-08 10:38:00 Author: Teebonesy Posts: 1937 |

The things shown in these videos is a sign of an alien invasion, especially the pods in the sewer. On a more serious note, after clicking one of the other videos about the creature in that video, and seeing it's claws, I instantly thought "It has claws like a sloth.", but I never thought it could be, lol. | 2009-10-15 14:50:00 Author: Unknown User |

So many unexplained wonders of our world. Maybe we'd learn a thing or to if 3rd world countries' children stopped murdering them. Yeah, its not like you wouldn't do the same if you met with some weird animal that might just kill you if you don't defend (or use a preemptive strike) first. | 2009-10-15 22:02:00 Author: Silverleon Posts: 6707 |
Yeah, its not like you wouldn't do the same if you met with some weird animal that might just kill you if you don't defend (or use a preemptive strike) first. I probably would. Then again, it's weird seeing anything that isn't a squirrel here, it's very city-ish here. | 2009-10-16 04:02:00 Author: TheMarvelousHat Posts: 542 |
