Pirate Ship Replica

Archive: 17 posts

Anybody ever saw a trailer of LBP that had a Pirate Ship in it? Well I loved it! But never got to saw it in the actual game which put me down
Then I decided the make a replica, I attempted it once but it didnt seem as if I was making any progress. But I tried again as looking back at it and tried one more time and it was a success
Heres some pictures of it, and heres the video of the trailer to look at the differences. Please note that I know some of the places of my replica are not as the one in the trailer.

YouTube - LittleBigPlanet Pirate Trailer

thats the trailer and heres some of the pics,

Oh and if you want to take a closer look theres a level for it called: Beta Pirate Ship!
Or if your going to search by PSN its KirbyMoon

Hope you like it and comment :arg:

I would definately use it if you gave it as a prize. Or at least its shape.

You did an excellent job.

Totally nonrelated, but seeing your ship made me realize I can do a really thermo-light viewport by putting a thin circle of see-through material (like barbed wire) over a stickered circle of black.

Anyway, good job on the replica!

Pretty spot on, I always like it when someone tries to recreate something like this.
Someone recreated a level from the alpha version of LBP once, looked pretty spot on as well.

PS: I don't know if you've heard but Pirates rule

AMAZING work. That was the first trailer I saw for the game, plus some pictures of it in a few magazines. I've always wanted to play that level, and now with this maybe it will one day be possible

This is kind of off topic, but what ever happened to the french fry rocket? lol
