i figure that if the ideas section is blocked than this should be aswell. This place is properly exclusive for members they can only take a part in it so we don't want people stealing the ideas and making their own before us.

Ah well, people will know that LBPC came up with the idea first.. I'll make sure of it Also - Might I request maybe a password put on the "Events" and "YOUR LBP Ideas"? You have to request for the password from any of the staff?

You have to request for the password from any of the staff? But wouldn't that kind of ruin the whole point of a "Public forum"? And how would you know if the person was genuine or not? All that does is prolong the amount of time it'll take them to get the idea and copy it... It won't help stop it.

Sure, it'd be harder for most people to steal ideas but this is (like Scythe said) a public forum. What if a person came to this forum and really wanted to talk about their ideas to the mass? Why should they go through trials to prove themselves? It'd definitely be a turn-off for the forum.

Honestly, guys, I'm not worried about losing traffic due to other sites stealing our ideas. We have the best community out there, and the community itself is what is so attractive about this forum. If other sites are stealing our ideas, then that means they are losing ground in terms of popularity and are trying to make up for it by copying us. It doesn't bother me, it makes me proud to be a part of this forum. I still don't want to make it easy for them, though, which is why I hid the "Events" forum per your request.
