Post-apocalypticantpostteller/antpostteller
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_39-1.jpgMake your way across a ruined city as you fight to stay alive in this post-apocalyptic action shooter. Single player only. May cause chest hair growth. This was my first published level and I put months of hard work and love into it.

Can hardly remember the last time I was this impressed by level design. The visuals in this level are up there with anything created so far in LBP. A visual feast that gives Fallout 3 a run for its money in the ruined city stakes.Great design and gameplay! I love that is has a real sense of danger when you play. Ominous and darkly quiet in some spots and pulse pounding paintinator action in others. A fun level to play that brings the visuals along with it! Don't miss this one.I must have played this level more times than I can count, and it never gets old or boring. The lighting is sublime, as are the visuals that perfectly reflect apocalyptic ruins. When you add in some great enemies and effects, and excellent set pieces, I have to say this is easily in my top 5 levels in LBP. A masterpiece. Play this level and your eyes will thank you. The beautiful landscape could almost by real life or rendered by the Fallout engine. But this level is more than just visuals, action packed gameplay and lots of Paintinator fun add up to make brilliant level.Splat Invaders III: InsurrectionCCubbage/CuzFeeshe
http://i694.photobucket.com/albums/vv309/CubbageC/Splat%20Invaders%20III/P1010015.jpgSubsequent to your battle with the Aliens on their planet the Earth has enjoyed 20 years of peace.... but the Aliens have a cunning plan to enslave humankind! Can you defeat them once and for all? Or.... will you end up as recycled goo while humanity suffers at the tyrannical (yet polite) rule of the Aliens?

CCubbage returns to his flagship series after a date with Destiny and Vetigo. Many years have passed since your last encounter with the Splats and a familiar, yet surprising figure now enhabits the White House. It's your job to take them on and save the day. And the planet. Harking back to the early days of the arcade, CCubbage clearly has a love for all things from that era as Pac-Man and Missile Command have been added to the mixA classic arcade inspired level with healthy doses of humor thrown in for good measure. Save humanity if you've got the skills or welcome your new alien overlords if you don't. Great game play that will tax your abilities just to make it through and even greater challenge if your out for high scores. Super fun! Ooops, CCubbage did it again! My favourite series in LBP returns and does'nt dissapoint. CCubbage has shown time and time again that he is the master of recreating old arcade games. The level is packed with humour, and with two different endings, theres plenty to see. The splat invader sections are as playable and as brilliant as ever, but then you get perfect renditions of Pac-Man and Missile Command. I don't need to mention the great visuals and design, when the gameplay is this perfect.Chances are you know this jolly old fellow. He hangs around the forums, talking about all sorts of innuendos and generally giving out help. Well he sure knows his stuff with a tonne of spotlighted levels and this latest instalment in the Splat Invaders Series is no different. Classic arcade action with a great use of the 3D glitch, blow up cows and more humour, what more could you want?Chroma Stone Chronicles: Part 5 - Abyssia's LairMorgana25/Morgana25
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/Chroma%20Stone%205/APhoto_17-6.jpgThis is the fifth and final level of the Chroma Stone Chronicles. It's time to take the fight to Abyssia herself. Make your way through her dark lair and use the four Light Gems to defeat darkness once and for all. There are four sections connected by a "hub" area. Each one is full of platforming and stuff to do. The finale is a puzzle style boss section against darkness itself.

In a departure from the rest of the series, this one starts with a bang that heralds the action to come. We also see the introduction of a central hub that holds the weaving level together until you confront Abyssia herself, who is in no mood for poetry. As well as tthe usual artistry and wonderful character design from Morgana, this level has one of the best pay-offs I've seen in LBP that left me with a smile on my face for a good hour after playing it.Morgana has delighted us over 5 parts of this series, changing the theme, and design with each one, but this edition is a complete turn around from the lush fantasy we've come to expect. Its a fantastic industrial-like setting that holds some fiendish and great platforming. Perfectly designed around a hub, offering plenty of different paths, its an excellent end to a superb series. I can't wait to see what Morgana has up her sleeve for us next.Morgana?s latest level. I don't think I need to sell it anymore than that.Super Mario PS3SteveBigGuns/steve_big_guns
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=1340&d=1252949110King Bob-omb has kidnapped Peach. Make your way through a detailed mario themed world to rescue her from the kings dungeon.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bg_c82uYrhg

Chances are that if you've spent any time looking at the cool levels pages you'll have seen this level. A fantastically crafted tribute to the king of platformers. This is the kind of levels that has non-LBP players having a closer look at what is possible in this wonderful game of ours.A revamped level that captures the lighthearted look of the Mario universe. Great sticker and color use. Spot on recreations of memorable characters and landscapes from Mario games combined with fun platforming and a great boss battle to free Princess Peach. Fun level to play for all ages.Although I'm not generally a fan of "re-creations" I had to an exception for this one. Wonderfully colourful, the visuals leap out of the screen at you thanks to some fantastic sticker work. Most of the Mario staples you know and love are re-created brilliantly here, and are a joy to play. A superb take on a great franchise. It's a him, Steveeo. Yes, Steve_Big_Guns returns to our spotlight with another brilliant level. This one is far more platform based, as the Mario name suggests, but it's also a level that Nintendo themselves would be proud to have made. Truly worthy of the Mario legacy ? fun to play and a treat for the eyes.Thirst For AdventureSLS10
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_38-2.jpgRun around on sand-covered hills! Travel through the dark bowels of recently discovered ruins! Hop around on rusting machinery! You can do all of these and more as you experience this level. It's loaded with secret bubble stashes and sticker switches. And, if you ace it... There will be a very special surprise for you.

After the shortest retirement in history, SLS10 is back with this take on an adventure style level. Few levels will have you remeniscing fondly aboutt the Mm story levels as much as this one as it recaptures the Mm feel and look flawlessly.Great platforming with a Media Molecule feel await you in this level. Understated and warm palette of materials with great lights are arranged in cool geometry and make the level look as good as it is to play. Secret areas to hunt out, including a neat interpretation of the Snake sticker switch round out the experience. Very fun to play.I always love levels based around this material set, and this SLS10's new one is at the top of the pile. Excellently designed, with some very cool ideas, the level was a blast from start to finish. Its a level MM themselves would be proud of.Ghost of Sparta - Chapter OneKn0cked-0ut/Kn0cked-0ut
http://i27.tinypic.com/11ih3x1.jpgA small God of War inspired level, find your way to the Temple of Lahkesis to speak with the Fates. Can you find all the chests and slay the mythological monsters... Find it out now!

Great architecture and awesome enemies are what impressed me on this level. 3D glitched backgrounds make it appear deep and grand but knowing where to go isn't a problem. Solid gameplay that will challenge you, especially the boss section, keep it fun and moving. I didn't play the game it's based on but this level is fun all by itself.Sackboy, Nana, and the Gingerbread HouseRiCKy-BoBBy91/RiCKy-BoBBy91
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_34-1.jpgWhat sweets and joys await you in Nana's Gingerbread House? I'm really happy that people loved this level. I had 3 inspirations for this level. They were amblaze, the Hansel and Gretel story, and Tim Burton's Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y43CYNdvRlo

Adorable, wacky and gorgeous all blend together in this spectacular level. Eye candy is everywhere and expert decoration and detail work makes it shine. Very fun platforming that is solid but not frustrating make it a memorable experience. A Cool pages level that lives up to the hype for sure.Well this levels looks good enough to eat. Absolutely gorgeous stylised visuals as well as fun and inventive platforming make this a level much deserving of its 32,000 plays. This is a level that is as sweet to play as it is to look at. Its packed with great plaforming, challenging but never frustrating, the design and mechanics keep you on your toes as the sublime visuals and sticker work give your eyes a treat to. Not to be missed.Oh how delicious does this level look? I suggest loading up on snacks, shortbread or haggis (I?m looking at you Matt!) and playing this beautiful level. The visuals are just the icing on the platforming cake and could support a level on their own. Fortunately, the platforming and challenges are also up to a high standard. Not one to miss at all.Nirvanachazbell/xCHAZBEARx
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/littlebiggallery/images/3986/medium/1_A_Photo.jpgNirvana rests on the crest of a mountain, through its many obstacles, and beyond a hoard of demons. Can you Reach Nirvana? A Challenging Platformer. 1-4 Players

Serene and hard all at the same time. This level is something special. Fantastic colors and subtle lighting, superb material choices and in wonderful combinations, and adorable characters might make you think this level is offering eye candy alone... but just try and make it through. It's got great, solid but very challenging platforming in it. Worth every minute of your time. Do not miss this one.The level is long, and challenging, but I loved every minute of it. The visuals are spot on, with some really inspired material and sticker usage. What impressed me the most, was the inventive puzzles, and at times extremely taxing platforming sections. I have no doubt that you will enjoy this level, and I also bet you can't ace it A true Nirvana, a peaceful place for you to come and relax after playing a few H4H levels. Sit back and play nicely as you wonder through this superb level created by Chazbell. The platforming can be challenging though, so make sure you keep your cool at all time, though the fantastic waterfalls should help with that.

Another great spotlight as usual, though there's one level I'm surprised didn't get included, but I won't say what to avoid nagging.

I haven't played all of those yet, but I'll get to them. Although I might go try that Thirst For Adventure first so I can see what the surprise is for acing it. It's got me curious. Lol.

Thanks once again for the spotlight, team! I'm glad the Splat Invaders series was able to go out with style. I was a bit worried seeing the IMMENSE creator skill on this site. Man, what an incredible set of creators in one place.

This may be a bit difficult to implement, but would it be possible to have creators add a keyword to the names of all spotlighted games? It's a bit annoying to have to write down names at my computer in my bedroom, then go and search in the living room on the PS3. Maybe just something like "Game Name - LBPCS" ?2009-10-12 19:02:00

It's a good idea, but since we have no control over that, we can't ensure all of the levels have that in their title.
