I'm thinking you PS3 isn't saving data properly. How are you turning it off and when?2009-09-27 02:05:00

I'd back up all of your data to an external flash drive or portable HDD. Then I would reformat the PS3. Clean all of the dust out for good measure. 2009-09-27 04:01:00

Also make sure that when you turn off while playing LBP, that the little running sack in the bottom left hand corner is gone and that the HD - Indicator thing has stoped blinking - else it could be a main source of your corrupt PS32009-09-27 04:17:00

That would only effect LittleBigPlanet's save data though, he is experiencing system-wide issues.

Well you are right, but you would think that turning off the system before saving is done could do a few problems overall.

But anyways I don't think I've ever even heard of this, may want to contact Sony about this.

Could this be related to the new firmware, by any chance?2009-09-27 10:13:00

That's another possibility, I've heard of strange issues with the new firmwares (3.00 and 3.01), including Blu-Ray drives not reading. I wouldn't put it past it, though I'd try what I said and see if any of that helps. A clean restore can do wonders.
